We're looking for a Sales Development Champion to expand our Sales team.
We're looking for a driven B2B Sales Development Champion who will, in-conjunction with your manager, build a strategic territory plan to grow our business, combined with the ability to tactically execute. You are not afraid to pick up the phone, email or direct message to do cold and warm lead generation, continually being a champion for our amazing software!
As our Sales Development Champion, you will continually be identifying target companies and contacts, generating leads from conducting warm and cold outbound calls and emails, and using LinkedIn and other platforms to qualify leads and new sales opportunities, getting potential customers signing up to trial registrations so they can test (and love!) our software.
We want our customers to get the best possible experience, not just from our platform, but also from our process. Whether you are following up lapsed trials to gather product feedback and identify re-engagement opportunities, or closing the loop from trial to subscription by conducting demos or presentations, you will be championing HowToo from start to finish, and creating experiences that turn our customers into advocates.
Our Sales Development Champion must continually build strong relationships and work across every department at HowToo. You will be communicating directly with our Product, Marketing and Development teams, keeping updated on feature releases with our Product Owner, liaising closely on customer feedback and reporting on targets and KPIs with the leadership team (just to name a few internal stakeholders!)
You love technology and learning, preferably with 1+ years of sales experience in the IT/SaaS/Digital marketing space.
You have demonstrated experience in lead generation and business prospecting, as well as closing sales. Hitting the phone with enthusiasm, talking to people and being passionate about the product is in your DNA!
You own your targets and KPIs without having to be micromanaged, and can work both independently and collaboratively to achieve and exceed your goals and those of the business.
